If your shoulder hurts, don't hold the dumbbell parallel to your ear; hold it vertically and bring your elbow in a bit more, and it should be fine.
I'm using the free version, so it doesn't seem to be increasing, haha.
I'll be lying down, so I wish someone would move for me... Is this the right one after the crunch?.....

When pulling, hold your breath and pull quickly, but when letting go, you shouldn't just drop it. You need to feel it for about 3 seconds and slowly enjoy the pain. I also started again after lowering the weight from 40kg to 25kg, and it feels even harder than when I was doing 40kg, haha.
Why does the setting keep changing from lbs to kg? The weight is getting weird.

When doing it alone, if you lightly put weight on one leg like an "allight," it stimulates the nerves, and following Park Jae-hoon, my lower body was numb for two days. And when doing it alone, when will I move all the plates...

Doing 50 seconds for 2 sets, then 55 seconds for 2 sets. But why did the break in between disappear?... Let's go straight into the 2nd set👊
