The little figure doesn't even look right
The grip is horizontal, but which direction should the palm face when holding it, up or down?
After finishing the preacher curl machine, it's good to take a short break and then continue with the one-arm exercise.
Using a kettlebell is awesome.
In the voice, why do you keep favoring one side?
How far are we going up~~~? How far are we going down ____…,,,,

My arm is shaking..
Since I always do it last, I don't have the strength anymore.
