Is there anyone who farts while doing this..?
It's my first time today, and it feels a bit awkward.
Last three reps feel like dying 😭😭
Overgrip, upper grip, undergrip, latissimus dorsi, targeting for 3 sets.

This was a killer! This was very hard to push 15 rep though at 205
Does that work well.. too hard
