Can I substitute seated leg extensions since there are no leg curls?
If you lean forward while doing it, the upper and lower parts will taste good.

If it’s too easy try doing more reps a set or make sure that you’re doing it right
After hip abduction, it's the best for stretching the adductors!! I think it's great for building a wide lower body when viewed from the front.
Even a 5kg weight can kill a beginner.
