"Is it really okay to do just 4 squats in a row??????"
22kg x 12 for 3 sets at 67kg bw
What a love and hate relationship I have with this
It feels like my butt is going to cramp after doing it 15 times, right?
What is the difference between this and that?
Full set on both sides = one rep
I think it's because I've been doing a lot of bicep curls; my biceps hurt so much. I'm doing 10 reps with 9 kilograms, and it's tough.
For me, the sarere works well with the one-arm; the range of motion increases, making it easier to find the stimulation points.
I'm dying, damn it.

Is it true that there will be more squats after the squats?
Doing squats continuously is really hard.
There is a huge difference between lifting it by pushing the floor with your foot and just doing it.

Try doing this with leg raises in a superset, it's delicious.
Oh man
Doing 4 sets of 25 - not easily. But any idea when I’ll be able to do just one real full sit up?
From the second set, my back hurts a lot.
