Using one with a backrest makes it much easier.
Pain
Fix the hips, perform back-and-forth movements just enough to squeeze the upper abdomen while in a hunched back position.
The side feels uncomfortable, and the core hurts a lot.

Is this the sum of the weights recorded on both sides, or is it just the weight recorded on one side?
Can I sit on the edge of the chair with my back straight but lean my upper body forward? I feel like it stimulates my glutes more...
