Is it really right for this to come out after the crunch?
Is it one time for both feet or one time for one foot?
If you do this and cable pushdowns as a superset, it tastes really good, for real.
Is it one set for both sides?
No, 65 kilograms is too hard..
Don’t feel it in my back at all ( all in the arms)
