Why can't I do it in one minute? ㅠㅠ
im hitting the biceps instead of back :(

Adjust your hands to be positioned between the solar plexus and the navel when pulling. Slightly bend your knees, keep your elbows and wrists vertical when pulling, think of pulling as if you are folding your shoulder blades. Lower your trapezius.
