My neck hurts more than my abs, is this right...?
I'm reducing it to 5 reps per set ㅠ I hope to be able to do more than 15 reps someday. Fighting!
I took a week off because I caught the flu, and I've lost a lot of weight. It's driving me crazy, muscle loss ㅠ

ill be trippin all week long for sure
use flat shoes, not running shoes it puts uneven tension on the feet
When doing lat pulldowns on a cable machine, there seems to be a significant difference in weight compared to using a dedicated lat pulldown machine. Is this different at each gym?
am i the only one that gets super low weights for every workout i get, i have to up it by at least 10-20lbs everytime
Meant to change to the machine oh well I'll just do it next time lol
