Last time it wasn't 7kg, right?
I don't know if it's just me, but when I hold the dumbbell with my left hand down, my left tricep feels it, and when I hold it with my right hand down, my right tricep feels it... It's subtly different, not a huge difference though.

I don't know the correct form, and it's difficult.
There's not even a hint of stimulation...
My palm is pulling and it hurts, is this normal?
I don't mind doing it, but I find it really hard to let go of this exercise. I'm worried I might hurt my shoulder.
