If you want to properly stimulate the lats, when grabbing the bar, bend your upper body forward and when pulling, raise your upper body while bringing the bar towards your pelvis for maximum stimulation.

I like to put a bench about 5 feet in front of me and kneel one knee on it for more stretch on the chest. Don’t know if it helps but it feels like it does 😂
