I can’t do it at all any suggestions?
My arm keeps shaking!! Is my posture correct?;;;
Is it because I haven't done it in a while? It's heavy~;;

80 60 40 Enjoying 15 pieces each as a drop in one set, doing this for 3 sets makes me scream like a crazy person.
My back hurts, what could be the problem..?
Is that woman really 40 kilograms?
I overdid it with this and ended up straining my forearm, suffering for 2 weeks.

Does the term "both discs" refer to the combined weight of both discs? Does it mean to insert weights equal to each of their weights?

Hahaha, it turns out I’m not the only one. My stomach was really cramping and I couldn’t lift my hands, so I thought something was wrong. 🏋️♂️🔥
It's great for stimulating the abdominal muscles without putting strain on the waist or neck.
