The left side is the 1st time, the right side is the 2nd time, and then the left side is the 3rd time, right?
Is it normal to feel stimulated in the lats? When I pull until my shoulder blades fold, I do feel stimulation in the lats, but... ㅜ

It says "weight being assisted," but considering that it gets recorded and the weight keeps increasing, I think it's correct to think of it as "body weight - assisted weight = the actual weight I'm lifting."
