Why am I doing this voluntary self-torture? I'm more shocked than looking in the mirror.
After 8 months of training, I finally lifted my body weight on the bench! 🔥

Can I do this while sitting on the bench?

Do I have to bend my elbow all the way like in the picture? They are the same weight, so why can I do it with the EZ barbell but not with this one?ㅠ

I definitely feel in front shoulder today lol guess it's because I raised weight back up today for flat bench haha im only at 30 degrees
It is a torture device, damn it.
I usually do 40 with the barbell, but this says 30. Is that correct? But I didn't bother to change it^^
Isn't 50 seconds too much for someone who's doing a plank for the first time? 😭
Really don’t see much difference in the chair dips vs the bench dip…and they make me do em back to back
What could be the reason for the pain in my elbow?
It doesn't seem too difficult, and I feel like I could do it heavier... But every time I try, it feels like I'm getting a cramp in my butt, so I can't do it.
I feel a tingling sensation in the wrist near my thumb, is it a vein or a muscle? Could it be a posture issue?

I'm feeling a sensation near my collarbone, is this normal? I have rounded shoulders.
If you do this with leg raises as a superset, it's great.
