Is it okay to feel like my knees are spreading outward?
Every time I relax this, it makes a cracking sound in my shoulder. Why is this happening?ㅠ

I was resting and saw the comments, and I burst out laughing, so I feel too drained to continue... so I'm subtly trying to reduce the number of them, haha.
When doing core exercises while lying down, never look at the mirror next to you; it only makes you feel self-doubt.
Able to do 55kgs easily now!
