Just cleared 100lbs x 3x10 - long time coming!

So this is 15 kg bar + recommended weights altough it does not say so?

Lifting dumbbells increases the stimulation🔥
What is the difference between this and the front?
Do you have any tips for when the tape gets stuck while pulling it up?
Why is there a barbell with the weight? Are you not working?

I do this instead of push-ups.
I do one of each side and found that as 1. Cause the other way I wasn’t feeling it. :)

I use EZ bar and put my hand in the very middle💪🔥
Once you get the form down this a fire exercise, just kinda embarrassing to do💪
I can’t feel these anymore because I do 500 in the morning and 500 at night
