If both discs are 28, then the total weight including the bar is 56, right? Not 76?
I assume the weight is without the 20kg bar?
Is it reasonable to say to do 25kg on one side?

The speed isn't picking up, and my legs are trembling; it's naturally hard for me to keep going...
It takes me less than 4 minutes to do what I do with the trainer for 10 minutes. They even give me just 10 seconds of rest. Breathe again and just do it right away, isn't it… It's tough…
