Pick a spot on the floor to look at to help with balance
1. Use one dumbbell that is twice the weight. 2. Remove your shoes. 3. Lift your legs and bend your waist to form a T shape, while naturally lowering the dumbbell along the thigh of the supporting leg to maintain balance.
Is this physically possible? I'm embarrassed because I'm quickly gathering my legs, worried that I might fall forward.

Is the pain in my lower back due to poor posture?
It's easier to maintain balance when using one dumbbell with both hands rather than using two. When there are no machines available at the gym, using free weights is the best exercise for stimulating and building the glutes.

Balancing is really tough.
I just don't want to do this.
My thighs are sore, and every time I lift one foot, my leg shakes a lot. Is this correct?
@SmartHelicopter56 They say having the correct posture is important; it's an exercise that uses all your strength to maintain balance.
It's harder to keep my balance than it is difficult, so I guess I need to do a different exercise.;;;
It feels like my butt is going to cramp after doing it 15 times, right?
My legs are shaking, so I can't stand on one foot, haha.
Is this originally supposed to hurt the waist?
If you have kettlebells with the weight of dumbbells on both sides, that's awesome! 🎉
It’s really hard to keep it steady 🥵
Broke my ankle a few months ago and my sciatica has been the worst one of my fav workouts and can’t do it 😭
