Is this exercise mainly for growing the quadriceps?
175 for 4 sets of 12 is nasty work baby 👏
summer body summer body!!!
Hurts so good
Why is it so hard?
Am I the only one who finds myself outside the mat before I know it while doing this?
Isn't it too much to lift 70kg when I'm a beginner...?
Fruck all👊🥵👊🥵👊🥵
One for each side, right?
The left hand screams for a lighter dumbbell 🤣🤣🤣
Love these 🍑
"I really don't have 8 kilos at home, damn it."
💣💣💣💣
🔥
Why is it that I don't feel stimulation in my chest but in my triceps?
🥵🥵🥵
What is the difficulty on the front shoulder area?
Getter done !
Because I'm short, I find it relatively easy to move back and forth since the distance is short.. hahaha
Curling with both arms at the same time, seems a little easier than doing arm individually. But I’ll stick to the program
