If you are putting a lot of strain on your neck and trapezius while doing this exercise, tilt the bench to about 75 degrees, and when you look in the mirror, make sure your arms form a W shape and position your elbows slightly in front of your body.
4kg?? Are you asking me to lift just 4kg? But it's tough, what is this;;

What is the difference from the squat position? On back day, this is included in my routine, but I don't know if my back is working. ㅠ

If I keep doing this, it feels like only my left shoulder is getting dislocated... So it doesn't get stuck at the end.
Why does the tip of my shoulder hurt so much? I'm only lifting 5 kilograms.

I've been doing this my whole life because of my knees, but it really doesn't put strain on my knees, and I can sweat evenly. It's better in terms of accumulated fatigue compared to the time spent. 💪💪
