Strangely, even though this exercise is just as hard, it feels good somehow.
I feel a look way bigger arm wise
My right arm is way stronger than my left shit on the burn
Finding the right burn then shooting for 15 reps 🥰🥰
Does weight include bar
It's doable and nice.
So 26 reps per set then? =104 reps. Sure.
My forearm muscles are tight.
I'm going to die.
My shoulder ticks again and again Any suggestions?
Don’t grip tight loosen grip allow the shoulders to make all the movement and you’ll feel that deep burn. Raise weight quick and lower it very slowly doesn’t take heavy weight
Accidentally messed up and did 10lbs more than it asked 🥲
