Am I doing it wrong if I never feel it in my back only my arms
wide grip on the bar and imagine you’re squeezing your shoulder blades together and hold that for two seconds each rep
try using a mag grip for the pulldown
It could be because you haven't developed a strong mind-muscle connection yet. If you're working out with a buddy, ask them to apply some pressure or help you really feel each rep.
