Toes to Bar

High-level workout
Toes to Bar gif

About

It is a workout that allows the toes to touch the bars, and the range of movement of the abs is very large. I recommend it to skilled people rather than beginners!

How to Toes to Bar

Starting Position

Please hang comfortably on the pull-up bar.

Proper Form

1. Please lift your legs so that your toes can touch the bar.

2. When lowering, please do so slowly while engaging your core.

Breathing Technique

Exhale when you raise your legs, and inhale when you lower them.

Precautions

1. If your toes do not touch the bar, please raise them only as high as you can.

2. Since this is a very difficult exercise, please substitute it with hanging leg raises or leg raises if it's too hard.
