How to One Arm Kettlebell Row

Starting Position

1. Please bend the leg on the side holding the kettlebell back.

2. Rest the arm that is not holding the kettlebell on your thigh for support.

3. Keep your back straight and your chest open.

Proper Form

1. Pull the arm holding the kettlebell.

2. Keep your elbow close to your side and pull until your elbow is vertical.

3. Slowly lower it until your elbow is fully extended and return to the starting position.

Breathing Technique

Exhale when pulling your arms, and inhale when extending your arms.

Precautions
