About

Pullover is a good workout to target the entire upper body. You can target the outside of the chest muscles by holding the barbell with shoulder width!

How to Barbell Pullover

Starting Position

1. Lie on the bench while holding the barbell, keeping your feet fixed on the ground.

2. Position the barbell above your face.

Proper Form

1. Slowly lower the barbell over your head.

2. At this time, your chest and back should be sufficiently stretched.

3. Slowly lift the barbell to return to the starting position.

Breathing Technique

Inhale when lowering your arms, and exhale when raising your arms.

Precautions

If you can't lower the barbell all the way to the top of your head, please lower it as much as you can without overexerting yourself.
