How to Dumbbell Pullover

Starting Position

1. Hold the dumbbell with both hands while securing the upper part of your back on the bench, and keep your feet fixed on the floor.

2. Engage your glutes to straighten your back.

3. Position the dumbbell above your face.

Proper Form

1. Slowly lower the dumbbell above your head.

2. At this time, your chest and back should be sufficiently stretched.

3. Slowly lift the dumbbell to return to the starting position.

Breathing Technique

Inhale when lowering your arms, and exhale when raising your arms.

Precautions

If you cannot lower the dumbbell above your head, please lower it as much as you can without straining.
