yeah I always do a 15 min warm up prior to workout
thank U, I will try without weights until I feel comfortable with my form, until then ice and anti inflammatorys and stick to the leg press machine
I’d definitely work on stretching before and after words and definitely work on form. When squatting use no weights until your form is better , you want to squat with a straight back and make sure your knees aren’t going over your toes when you squat, hard to tell how long to wait since that’s not really my profession but for now i’d stretch everyday and just work on form, don’t add any weight and always stretch before and after
