you can change it on the app if you’re wanting to swap it to 8-12 reps. 👍
if your goal is weight loss low weight high rep is the best especially if you are new. Really focus on form and doing the exercise the right way.

not necessarily. Really depends on what your goals are. It's called Hypertrophy. Highly recommend reading more on it. It's a different way of weightlifting l, that has a generous amount of benefits to it..personally I'm doing lower weights with 20 reps. And by the 15 -> 18 is freaking hard
