I can’t keep my back straight when doing this even on a easy weight my whole body swings with it
go up chest against a 85 90 degree bench
probably too heavy you're working specific muscles that haven't caught up to your other muscle groups so might seem easy but it's too heavy lower weight higher reps if still too much try doing negatives where you hold the weight at the finished position and let it down slowly to starting position
sit the bench straight up
