How to V Up

Starting Position

1. Please lie down comfortably on the floor.

2. Stretch your arms out and raise them above your head.

Proper Form

1. Please lift your upper and lower body so that your fingertips and toes can touch.

2. If the movement is too difficult, bend your knees and allow your fingertips to touch your knees.

3. Slowly return to the starting position.
