How to T-Bar Row Machine

Starting Position

1. Bend your knees and press your belly against the pad.

2. With the grip held, open your chest.

Proper Form

1. As you gather your shoulder blades, pull your arms back naturally.

2. Pull your elbows back until they reach behind your body.

3. Keep your chest open and slowly extend your arms.

Breathing Technique

Exhale when you pull your arms, and inhale when you stretch your arms out.

Precautions

Please keep your chest up to avoid bending your waist.
