How to Pike Push Up

Starting Position

1. Please place your feet on an object higher than the floor.

2. If the movement is too difficult, it's okay to keep your feet on the floor.

3. Lie down with your hips facing the sky.

Proper Form

1. Please lower yourself slowly until your head touches the floor.

2. Slowly return to the starting position.

Breathing Technique

Inhale when you bend your arms, and exhale when you push your arms.

Precautions

It's a more advanced exercise than a regular push-up. If the movement is difficult, please substitute it with another exercise.
