How to Incline Cable Bench Press

Starting Position

1. Please adjust the bench to an angle of 15 to 30 degrees.

2. Lie on the bench while holding the cable with both hands and keep your feet fixed on the floor.

3. Pull your shoulders back and hold them in place so that your shoulders are positioned behind your chest.

4. Make sure your lower back has a natural arch.

Proper Form

1. Slowly lower your hands so that they are next to your chest.

Breathing Technique
