How to Barbell Upright Row

Starting Position

1. Please stand shoulder-width apart.

2. Grab the barbell slightly wider than shoulder-width and position it in front of your thighs.

3. Open your chest and straighten your back.

Proper Form

1. Please lift the barbell to shoulder height while keeping it close to your body.

2. Slowly return to the starting position.
