How to Band Step Up

Starting Position

Stand with the band wrapped around your ankles and your feet shoulder-width apart.

Proper Form

1. Wrap the band around your ankle and place one foot on the box.

2. Step up by lifting your body over the box.

3. Repeat with the opposite leg.

Breathing Technique

Inhale while stepping up and exhale while coming down.
