am i the only one that gets super low weights for every workout i get, i have to up it by at least 10-20lbs everytime
at first it would assume your a beginner and as you log sets, it”ll cater to you based on your entries. Its basic algorithms, it’ll add 2 reps and then add weight till your able to do 12reps per set then adds Weight again
