How to Sled Push

Starting Position

1. Hold the handle from behind the sled and lean your upper body forward.

2. Place one foot in front and prepare to push from the heel towards the toes.

Proper Form

1. Push the sled forward strongly with your front legs.

2. Continue moving forward with short and strong strides.

3. Push until you reach the target distance, changing direction and repeating as necessary.

Breathing Technique

Breathe out naturally while pushing forward, adjusting your stride and continuing your breath.

Precautions
