How to Kettlebell Sumo Squat

Starting Position

1. Stand with your feet wider than shoulder-width apart and point your toes outward.

2. Grab the kettlebell handle with both hands and let it hang in front of your body.

Proper Form

1. Push your hips back and bend your knees to lower down.

2. Feel the tension in your inner thighs and glutes.

3. Push off the floor with your heels and return to the starting position.

Breathing Technique

Breathe in while going down, and breathe out while coming up.

Precautions

1. Please lift your chest so that your upper body does not lean too far forward.
