How to Dumbbell Upright Row

Starting Position

1. Stand with a dumbbell in each hand at shoulder width.

2. Position the dumbbells in front of your thighs.

3. Open your chest and straighten your back.

Proper Form

1. Lift the dumbbell to shoulder height while keeping it close to your body.

2. Slowly return to the starting position.

Breathing Technique

Exhale when you raise your arms, and inhale when you lower them.

Precautions
