How to Cable Crunch

Starting Position

1. Please kneel in front of the cable.

2. Hold the rope with both hands and position your hands in front of your ears.

Proper Form

1. Please bend your upper body so that your abdominal muscles can contract.

2. Imagine that your elbows are touching your thighs.

3. Slowly return to the starting position.

Breathing Technique

Exhale when lowering your upper body and inhale when raising your upper body.

Precautions
