How to Box Jump

Starting Position

1. Please prepare an object that can be jumped onto.

2. Please spread your legs shoulder-width apart.

Proper Form

1. Jump onto the box with both feet at the same time.

2. Jump back down with both feet at the same time and return to the starting position.

Breathing Technique

Breathe in as you bend your knees to prepare, and exhale as you jump onto the box. After landing on the box, inhale again as you come down, and return to the starting position.

Precautions

1. Please be careful not to touch the ground with one foot at a time when landing.

2. Please be cautious of ankle injuries when jumping.
