How to Band Chest Press

Starting Position

1. Fix the band at chest height.

2. Turn around and grab the band with both hands.

3. Keep your chest up and your back straight, slightly shifting your weight forward.

4. Bend your arms so that your hands are next to your chest.

Proper Form

1. Push the band forward and slowly extend your arms.
